Ferry Oktavianus Immanuel Panjaitan, S.H., graduated from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Katolik Atma Jaya Jakarta in 2017. After graduating, he immediately attended the Advocate Professional Special Education (PKPA) and was sworn in as an Advocate. Ferry has been officially licensed as a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) since 2022 and can practice throughout Indonesia.

Ferry joined Paramita Law & Litigation in 2022 as a mid-level associate and currently serves as the head of the dispute resolution team. He has a proven track record of successfully handling a wide range of civil, criminal, family, and labor cases.

In civil matters, Ferry has experience representing clients in default and tort cases, handling both the filing and defense of claims in courts from Jakarta to Bandung. For criminal cases, he is familiar with filing reports or complaints with the police and assisting clients during investigations. In family law, Ferry has handled divorce settlements, custody disputes, maintenance, and property settlements. Additionally, he has resolved labor disputes at both the bipartite and tripartite levels.

During his time with Paramita Law & Litigation, Ferry has successfully won default and tort cases through interlocutory judgments. He has also achieved case settlements through peaceful means, including restorative justice resolutions during investigations.

Before joining Paramita Law & Litigation, Ferry built his legal experience at several law firms. In 2018, he started as a paralegal at LnD & Partners, where he developed skills in legal research and case preparation. He then became a junior associate at Refer Harianja & Partners, focusing on land disputes. Later, at Agus Panahatan Panjaitan & Partners, he assisted retainer clients with drafting cooperation agreements, handling receivables, and resolving employment disputes.

RIA LAYLA SAFITRI, S.H

Ria Layla joined Paramita Law in 2020 as a Paralegal. She is now entrusted with leading the Non-Dispute and Corporate Department due to her quick wit, sharp legal analysis, and attention to detail. She also demonstrates strong leadership skills and cares deeply for her peers. At Paramita Law, Ria handles Family Law, Intellectual Property, Technology Law, and corporate matters. She has represented both foreign and local clients, whether individuals, shareholders, or companies.

Ria has managed cases involving inheritance settlements and the drafting of prenuptial agreements. In the field of intellectual property, she has handled issues related to clients’ trademarks. Additionally, in corporate matters, Ria is responsible for conducting General Meetings of Shareholders, preparing circulars, overseeing commercial transactions such as the sale or grant of 8 shares, and drafting and reviewing non-disclosure agreements, shareholders’ agreements, employment contracts, and other related documents.

Before joining the firm, she interned at the Government Law Office of the Kejaksaan Agung Republik Indonesia (Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia). During that tenure, she was tasked with attending trials and preparing trial reports.

Ria has an outstanding academic background. During her studies, she received a merit-based scholarship for seven consecutive semesters and graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Katolik Atma Jaya Jakarta. She was one of the top three graduates and was chosen as the valedictorian of the Faculty of Law for the 2019/2020 period, concentrating on civil law. Her final thesis, titled “Recognition of an Illegitimate Child from a Relationship Between Indonesian Citizens and Foreigners (Without Marital Relations) Regarding the Presidential Regulation Number 96 of 2018 and Constitutional Court Decision Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010,” was also published in the Faculty of Law’s journal at Atma Jaya. As a law student, Ria was active in the Atma Jaya Law Research and Debate team as well as the Young Leaders Community.

Ria holds an advocate license from PERADI. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and reading.
